REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any purchases once an order has been placed and shipped. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund only before it has shipped. To cancel, email kaijuclub64@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Email kaijuclub64@gmail.com within 1 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item.
